Customer's Fault Description
Will not power up even with new battery installed. But remote does power up when connected via a umbilical cable to the control module of the motor mover.
But the buttons can be intermittent at times.
The remote has power up via battery once but it won’t do it again even with a brand new battery installed
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its twin power button press.
This is a common issue caused by worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
