Customer's Fault Description
Fire wouldn’t ignite, changed batteries in power pack and remote and also found loose
connection in remote. Did temp fix and get fire to ignite but could not get it to turn off. Not sure if just remove fault or fire too, thank you
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable.
A replacement cable was fitted as well as the regulator which restored full functionality.
