Customer's Fault Description
Does not turn on.No digits displayed. Batteries have been changed. Fire can not be turned on our off. We think something is loose inside as it used to rattle (dropped off sofa onto floor)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a common issue whereby a diode breaks away from the PCB.  This diode was replaced which restored full functionality.
