Arcam SOLO Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On/off not working Pre select buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing the top 3 rows of buttons were non responsive.
This was found to be due to a battery leak causing corrosion in the print.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
