None of the control buttons work. ps when remote pointed at mobile ph and the on/off button pressed there is no flashing red light...system responds to a replacement remote, this remote only activates a few of the systems functions. pps there are new batteries in the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be caused by a faulty oscillator.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality
