Bellfires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bellfires
Customers Fault Description : The remote does not light the fire place .
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Israel and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal. The control was tested with our bench receiver which confirmed that the control was working as normal.
It was therefore concluded that the issue is with the customers receiver itself.
