Customer's Fault Description
Remote controls 3 different devices , but I only have one, the CD player. CD controls are all below the blue buttons. Not worried about those above. A few of the lesser used CD buttons still work. They are on the two rows beginning with "check" , and ending "display". However, they can be temperamental. The others are either intermittent or don't work at all. ie. "Search" button, used to fast forward or reverse playing CD only works the reverse, not the ff.
Numbers 3 and 5 don't work at all. Neither does the "+10" button on the CD top row. Hoping you can make all the CD buttons works consistently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various sluggish / non responding buttons.
This was found to be due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place on all buttons which restored full functionality.
