Zennox Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Zennox
Customers Fault Description : Remote just stopped working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote was tested and found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation. The control was opened and a component test carried out but no fault could be replicated.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver part of the system and not the remote or it is worth double checking the used batteries in case a faulty battery was used.
