This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
It was concluded that either the remote need pairing with the chair again or it could be a fault with the receiver part of the chair itself. This item has been classed as no fault found.
