Customer's Fault Description
Certain buttons are no longer responsive. In particular:<br /><br />
- The on/off button requires a lot of force and often doesn't work.<br />
- The volume up button does not work (volume down is not too bad)<br /><br />
Other buttons seem OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Italy and on testing was confirmed to have faulty power / source / volume and mute buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into placed which restored full functionality.
