DIMPLEX RC01-024 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : NOT OPERATING HAVE INSTALLED NEW BATTERIES AND TRYIED TO CLEAN BATTERY TEMINALS BUT STILL NOT WORKING.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to respond from each button press but the buttons had to be pressed very hard.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
