Customer's Fault Description
Has ceased to connect to the mover even though all lights up (new batteries installed). The control remains on even if I switch it off. Previously the unit began to only work intermittently and the only way to switch off was to remove the battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (the customer confirmed they have the cover)
On adding batteries the remote was stuck being powered on and the power switch had no effect. The signal was strong from the remote which doesn't explain the customers inability to pair with the receiver.
After talking with the customer it was concluded to repair the power fault.
This was done which restored full functionality (see testing video)
