Wharfedale Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Wharfedale
Customers Fault Description : Following our telephone conversation,the volume buttons don't work and there is split in the rubber
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Wharfdale soundbar remote arrived safely from Cardiff and on testing was found to have a couple of non functioning buttons. This was due to worn button caps, replacement conductive caps were fitted under the original which restored full functionality.
The rubber facia was found to be ripped, this does not effect functionality but was glued using silicon glue to prevent it falling out of the housing.
