Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working when on button is pressed twice within 1 second, should be a solid green led as per instructions. Remote not paired with control unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Enduro remote arrived safely from Devon and on testing was confirmed not to turn on from its power button double press.
This was due to corrosion in the print which also effected 2 directional buttons, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
