Velux Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux

Customers Fault Description : Battery Compartment near battery spring terminal is cracked. As a result the batteries disconnect often in use.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux window remote arrived safely from Suffolk and on inspection the back case was confirmed to be cracked causing the negative terminals to be badly positioned.

A replacement back case was fitted which restored full solid functionality.
