Customer's Fault Description
Was working fine and simply stopped functioning. Prior to this I noticed all the red lights adjacent to the movement symbols were flashing suggesting a replacement battery. I did replace and it stopped completely.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Powrtouch remote arrived safely from Motherwell and on testing was found not to respond from its twin power button press.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under the power buttons which restored full functionality.
