Customer's Fault Description
Accidentally left in pocket and put through washing machine and tumble dryer. When battery inserted light stays on
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Autoglide Garage door remote control fob arrived safely from Kent and on inspection the button facias were damaged (this cannot be replaced as parts are not available and is only cosmetic)
On adding the battery the remote would begin to flash, this was found to be due to a resistance across the buttons. Once the buttons were replaced normal functionality was restored (see testing video)
