Customer's Fault Description
The bottom left button {foot rest} works but is very hard to press... I presume the contact is worn... The others seem OK but I would appreciate it if you can check and replace any contacts that seem excessively worn
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Shropshire and on inspection the cable was damaged and the button contacts were worn. The cable was replaced with a straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind) and replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button.
