Suddenly stopped working. No apparent output. Batteries changed but no improvement.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bang and Olufsen Audio Terminal remote control arrived safely from Staffordshire and on testing was found to be dead.  If the batteries were "moved" the remote would have temporary signs of life.

The issue was found to be caused by corroded battery terminals which was making and intermittent connection.  The terminals were cleaned up and re-plated which restored full functionality.
