Visonic Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Visonic
Customers Fault Description : Doesn't work I think because a tab has become unconnected/un-soldered.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Visonic Electric gate remote arrived safely from Warwickshire and on inspection was confirmed to have a partially detached battery housing, unfortunately this had ripped the print making resoldering it back not possible.
The print was reworked using a patch wire and then the housing hot glued firmly into place. This restored power to the remote. The control seems to send 2 signals on each button press (see testing video). The customer is to check the control on return.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
