Truma mover Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Truma mover

Customers Fault Description : The battery terminals are not all present so it is currently being assisted by silver kitchen foil in the battery compartment.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Truma motor mover controller arrived safely from Burnley and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing battery terminal.  A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video)
