The battery terminals are not all present so it is currently being assisted by silver kitchen foil in the battery compartment.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Truma motor mover controller arrived safely from Burnley and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing battery terminal.  A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video)
