Somfy Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Somfy

Customers Fault Description : No buttons work, no lights and battery has been changed.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Somfy Electric awning remote arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality (testing Video)
