The unit works with one button n temperature dial but only the warmup button (top)

other 3 buttons are broken flow + and - and the power so very hard to use

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower remote arrived safely and on inspection 2 of the buttons were reading open circuit and on was high in resistance.
All 4 buttons were replaced. We are limited on testing this item therefore the customer must test the remote full on return.
