Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : Screen was not fully displaying wording etc and then stopped working completely. Have changed batteries etc but the remote does not seem to get any power.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening there was some corrosion spots in the print that were causing open circuits. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
