Screen Display is not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Fireplace controller arrived safely from London and on testing was found to have a faulty regulator.  The regulator was replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.

Please note that the faulty regulator will have drained any battery inserted therefore it is important to ensure that a new battery is inserted on return.
