Customer's Fault Description
Handset appears to transmit OK.
Control box receiver does not respond and will not send signal to gas valve to either open or close.
LED light on receiver does not illuminate when receiving a signal from handset.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Hampshire and on testing the remote was found to have erratic functionality.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the remote, the transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
