Paragon P4 Gas Fire Remote Repair Details

Model : P4 Gas Fire

Customers Fault Description : The remote is not working. It doesn't appear to be sending out an IR signal. New batteries tried.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Paragon remote arrived safely from Hampshire and on testing was found not to have a non responding "Off" button and sluggish other buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button pad which restored full functionality.
