Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not working. It doesn't appear to be sending out an IR signal. New batteries tried.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Paragon remote arrived safely from Hampshire and on testing was found not to have a non responding "Off" button and sluggish other buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button pad which restored full functionality.
