Customers Fault Description : Bottom left button is missing

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This HSL recliner chair remote arrived safely from Pontefract and on inspection on of the buttons had been ripped from the facia.

A replacement button facia was fitted and also one of the LEDs was replaced.
