Customer's Fault Description
Remote is non-functioning. Have tried new batteries but still no joy.

Just moved into a new home and found that it doesn't work so no idea when or why it broke
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cooker hood remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened the issue was found to be due to both the terminals being broken away from the PCB mounting points.
Both terminals were soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality (see testing video)
