Customer's Fault Description
My Reich 527-0521 mover will not turn on. Batteries are new Duracells.

If I connect the remote direct to the control box via cable it will turn on and works fine.
<br />
The pad for the on/off button on the remote PCB looks very worn but works if connected by cable.
<br />
I can send photos of the remote if required.
<br />
Any advice / instructions on asking you to take a look gratefully received.
<br />Ps - Some of the plastic lugs on the remote are knackered but it does click together
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing would not respond from its double power button press.
When opened there was signs of corrosion in the print, this was reworked which restored partial functionality
