Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Integrated Amplifier remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be consistent in the code it transmitted on each button press.

After talking to the customer it was decided to test the item over a period of time to check for the issue.

The remote was then tested over a week period at random intervals and each time the code being transmitted was consistent with each of its relevant buttons.

This has led to the conclusion that the item has been classed as no fault found.

One thing the customer can do is to "clone" the remote onto a learning remote and then test the clone to see if the problem persists, this is a way to conclude that the receiver is at fault
