Customer's Fault Description
Had trouble with this for a while, had to move the battery around to make it go and then it was intermitten . some times i would have to disconnect the battery to turn the green light off. eventually a wire came off with the constant moving. however i can still use it via the cable from the remote to the control box inside the caravan
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote arrived safely from Poole and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable.

A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
