Bed Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Bed

Customers Fault Description : Wire to handset visibly worn, and handset intermittently will not work. Also ‘hook’ on its reverse has broken off-if this is possible to fix.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Handset for an adjustable bed and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.  A replacement straight black cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).  Also replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons due to slightly worn contacts.
