Customer's Fault Description
the black casing around the wiring from the chair to the remote has perished showing the wires (which seem to be ok). The remote has the same button for the back recliner as well as the foot lift. it is the foot lift that is not working, the back is working fine, as is the lifting of the whole chair.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair remote arrived safely from Pulborough and on inspection was found to have a very badly damaged cable.
A rpelacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
