Transmitting without a button being pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dimplex fireplace remote arrived safely from the West Midlands and on testing was found to be transmitting without a button being pressed.
On opening the was found to be due to contamination over the button array (see image). The PCB and button pads were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
