Customer's Fault Description
Loss of buttons. Will still work but intermittently. Not sure if this is the 40MHz version
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Hormann Garage Door remote controller arrived safety and on inspection was found to be missing its button covers.  On testing the UP button was found to be intermittent.

The button was replaced and the contamination over the print was cleared off this restored full functionality.

A replacement set of button covers was fitted (this is not normally something we do as cosmetic items are not available as spares but as we had a scrap remote we replaced the covers)
