Customer's Fault Description
The battery change symbol flashes even when a new battery is fitted. hopefully it will not lose pairing, otherwise I will have to get the heating service engineer to sort.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Fireplace remote control handset arrived safely from Marlow and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator. This was due to a faulty regulator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
The battery cable was also replaced.
