Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control does not work, checked battery and there is still life in it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Pure Radio/DVD player remote controller arrived safely from Rushden and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
A Duracell CR2025 will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of the customer having an incorrect or faulty battery, failing that it is most likely an issue with the receiver itself.
