Customer's Fault Description
The unit does not come on despite having replacing with new batteries included in the unit sent to you. The unit was working fine approximately 3 weeks ago!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux Wireless Remote Control for Flat Roof arrived safely from Harrow and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to the battery terminals being loose.  The terminals were reworked which restored full functionality (see image)
