Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesnt work at all, we have changed the batteries and still nothing. We can work the fire manually, so we know the fire works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Kirkby in Furness and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening the pins of the oscillator were found to have cracked the PCB solder points, the print was reworked and the oscillator replaced which restored full functionality.
