Contacts on the rubber pad not working , Remote works ok if electrical switches touched with metal rod
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan mover remote controller arrived safely from Buckinghamshire and on inspection was foudn to have been worked on prior to arrival with us. The button contacts contained which is thought to be superglue and were non conductive (possibly due to someone attempting to glue conductive material into place)
The glue was etched away and then replacement conductive pads glued under each of the buttons.
