Started working intermittently on its own, now not working at all .
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely (the address was missing the street name property number but luckily Royal Mail managed to track down the correct recipient, it is extremely important to always include the full address whenever sending an item in for repair otherwise items may get lost in transit)
The remote was opened and the cable tested for continuity / shorts with no issues being found. All of the buttons and diodes on the PCB were then tested with not issues being found at all, this has classed this remote as no fault found and the customer is to check the chair itself for defects.
