Dimplex RC01-008 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : When pressing button marked l fire coal effect lights up as normal, then a second press of the same button should create the heat but this second press of button l turns fire off . Have been able to switch fire on and create heat using manual switches on base of fire as normal ,and switch off OK on remote using button O
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex Electric Fire remote control arrived safely from Reading and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press as normal.
The code being transmitted was tested against a stock code set and confirmed to be 100% correct and consistent on each button press.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
