This Remote control for roof and interior lights system arrived safely from Plymouth and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal functionality.
It is possible that the remote requires "pairing" with the receiver - Instructions can be found at https://remotefixer.co.uk/heki4.pdf
Failing that it may be an issue with the skylight receiver itself.
