Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not work. Have tested it as recommended by Alan at Remotes Master. Tried new batteries and it still does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The code being transmitted was also tested and was found to be consistent and correct (it transmits the same code as a standard Valor heater handset)
This item has been classed as no fault found.
