The power light comes on, on remote when buttons are pressed but there is no movement in the chair. As a test, we have a single motor remote which is working on the other chair, and we tested the working remote on the chair with the remote not working, and the chair did work, so the remote I'm sending to you needs to be fixed if at all possible. I notice also that the connection into the remote pulls back and forward easily, maybe there is a disconnection here... Really hope you can help us and thank you. Gazco Repair
