Broken button of front faceplate of remote controller
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Lincolnshire and on inspection was found to have a missing button cap, this cape was physically broken away from the case.
As the cases are not available as spares a modification was carried out to fit a long shafted button and placeholder, this was done and also one of the other buttons replaced as it was needing a hard press which is a sign that it is on its way out.
Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
