Customer's Fault Description
Wire has come loose. Been cutting out for a few weeks now, and this evening when to put my chair on for wires to slightly come disconnected.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable.
When opened there was also liquid over the button pads and pcs, this was all cleared and then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
