Customer's Fault Description
Recliner operations have all failed with chair stuck in raised position. There is power coming through the transformer but no buttons on handset work and no light shows on handset
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celebrity Dual motor recliner chair handset arrived safely from Westhill and on inspectoin was found to have one of the internal cores of the cable be open circuit.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
