Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not working anymore . Have changed the battery but the red signal light just flashes the whole time . Can't link it to the Wrapper machine at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bale Wrapper remote control arrived safely from Kirkwall and on testing was found to be transmitting without a button being pressed.

This was due to contamination on the button facia connector.  This was cleared which restored ful functionaity.

Please note that any battery that was fitted into this remote whilst faulty will have been drained, therefore please only use a brand new battery on return.
